一、俯卧撑
经典的训练动作俯卧撑,还附带训练肱二头肌。毕竟要是能在拥有强壮胸肌的同时,还能额外拥有个强悍的手臂肌肉,我想相信这是大多数人都乐意看到的,况且这个动作虽然比较常见,但是此动作安全性却是很高的,所以完全可以作为胸肌锻炼运动。
二、哑铃卧推
chest muscle training主要是将muscle从身体两侧向中间挤压,从而让chest muscle得到锻炼。哑铃卧推时,身体仍然仰卧于卧凳上,左右手各持重量大小一致的哑铃,保持呼吸,将身体固定,依靠lateral deltoids以及pectoralis major将哑铃上推。哑铃卧推可以很好的拉伸到chest muscle,发力感受也更明显。相比于barbell, dumbbells操作更自由,上升时可以充分上升到身体顶部,拉伸感更充分。
三、dumbbell flys
