一、俯卧撑
经典的训练动作俯卧撑,还附带训练肱二头肌。毕竟要是能在拥有强壮胸肌的同时,还能额外拥有个强悍的手臂肌肉,我想相信这是大多数人都乐意看到的,况且这个动作虽然比较常见,但是此动作安全性却是很高的,所以完全可以作为胸肌锻炼运动。
二、哑铃卧推
chest muscle training mainly involves stretching the muscles from the sides of the body towards the middle, so as to exercise chest muscles. When doing dumbbell bench press, the body is still lying on a flat bench, each hand holds a weight of equal size and consistent with dumbbells, maintaining breathing, fixing the body position and relying on triceps and deltoids to push up dumbbells. Dumbbell bench press can effectively stretch chest muscles and feel more obvious in terms of strength sensation. Compared with barbells, dumbbell operation is more flexible, allowing for full extension at the bottom of the lift for greater stretching feeling.
三、哑铃飞鸟
This is an all-around exercise that stretches muscle fibers; we should focus on slowly lifting both hands to raise dumbbells while feeling changes in power during this process. When lowering down let your arms fully extend outwards so that when viewed from behind it forms a "W" shape; repeating this training will make chest muscle stretching more evident.
四、器械夹胸
Generally speaking those who have exercised over their muscles tend to like doing fly exercises but today I'm going to introduce another movement not inferior to fly exercises - equipment squeeze push-ups. The main principle here is using a butterfly machine for exercise which repeatedly expands and stretches movements not only cause our pectoral muscles some development but also gradually expand our thoracic cavity as well.
