一、俯卧撑

经典的训练动作俯卧撑,还附带训练肱二头肌。毕竟要是能在拥有强壮胸肌的同时,还能额外拥有个强悍的手臂肌肉,我想相信这是大多数人都乐意看到的,况且这个动作虽然比较常见,但是此动作安全性却是很高的,所以完全可以作为胸肌锻炼运动。

二、哑铃卧推

This is an exercise that fully stretches out muscles; we aim at first slowly lifting up dumbbells with both hands while feeling changes in power during lift-up process. When lowering them down let arms expand freely so that upper part of upper half from behind looks like "W" shape by repeating this training method chest muscle will experience obvious stretching sensation.

四、器械夹胸

Generally speaking after practicing over muscles people would prefer doing bird exercises but today I am going to introduce you another action which does not fall short compared to bird exercises - it's called equipment clamping breasts mainly using butterfly machine for training where repeated expansion and stretching actions not only allow our pectoral muscles have some development but also gradually enlarge our thoracic cavity simultaneously as well.
