二、哑铃卧推

三、哑铃飞鸟

This exercise is a comprehensive stretching motion targeting various muscles; what we need to do is slowly lift up the dumbbells in front of us while maintaining proper posture during this process. As you lower down again after reaching peak strength, keep both arms stretched out as much as possible so that they form an "W" shape when viewed from behind our upper bodies. Repeat this training process several times until we feel obvious relaxation in our chest muscles.

四、器械夹胸

Generally speaking, those who have trained their muscles will always prefer doing bird's wings but today I'm going to introduce another action that doesn't fall short of bird's wings – equipment squeeze chests! The main principle here lies in using pec decks (a type of gym equipment) for exercises where repeated expansion and contraction movements not only develop our chest muscles but also gradually expand our thoracic cavities over time.
