一、俯卧撑

二、哑铃卧推

When doing dumbbell bench press, the body is still lying on a bench, each hand holding an equal weight dumbbell, keeping breathing steady, fixing the body and lifting with triceps and deltoids. Dumbbell bench press can stretch chest muscles more effectively than barbells.

三、哑铃飞鸟

This exercise is a comprehensive stretch for all muscles. To do it correctly means first lifting dumbbells slowly upwards while feeling changes in strength during this process. When lowering them down, let your arms open fully as seen from behind "W" shape when viewed from above of upper half of body. So by repeating this exercise over time you will feel more stretched in your chest.

四、器械夹胸

Usually after exercising a muscle group people tend to like doing flying bird exercises but today I also want to introduce another comparable exercise called equipment pinching breast which uses a butterfly machine for training where you repeat expanding and stretching movements not only developing our pectoral muscles but also gradually expanding our thoracic cavity too.
