chest muscle(pectoralis major)在胸廓前上部浅层。
起端:即锁骨部(锁骨内侧半)、胸肋部(胸骨和上位5~6肋软骨)和腹部(腹直肌鞘的前壁)。
止点:肱骨大结节嵴(锁骨部和腹部肌束上下交叉)。
muscle belly呈扇形,向外上集中呈“U”形扁腱止于大结节嵴(结节间沟外侧唇)。
chest muscle training methods:
Incline Dumbbell Press
Lie on an incline bench with your feet flat on the floor, holding dumbbells over your chest.
Slowly lower the dumbbells to your sides until they are at a 45-degree angle to your body.
Push the dumbbells back up to the starting position and hold for a brief moment before slowly lowering them again.
Seated Dumbbell Press
Sit in a chair with your back straight and feet flat on the floor, holding dumbbells in each hand.
Slowly lift one arm upwards towards the ceiling while keeping your elbow close to your ear.
Hold for a brief moment before slowly lowering it back down and repeating with the other arm.
