一、俯卧撑

经典的训练动作俯卧撑,还附带训练肱二头肌。毕竟要是能在拥有强壮胸肌的同时,还能额外拥有个强悍的手臂肌肉,我想相信这是大多数人都乐意看到的,况且这个动作虽然比较常见,但是此动作安全性却是很高的,所以完全可以作为胸肌锻炼运动。

二、哑铃卧推

chest muscle training主要是将muscle从身体两侧向中间挤压,从而让chest muscle得到锻炼。哑铃卧推时,身体仍然仰卧于bench上,左右手各持重量大小一致的dumbbells,保持呼吸,将body固定,依靠triceps以及pectoralis major将dumbbells上推。哑铃卧推可以很好的拉伸到chest muscle,发力感受也更明显。相比于barbell, dumbbells操作更自由,上放时可以充分上放到body顶部,上提感更充分。

三、哑铃飞鸟

这是一个全面针对muscle of the shoulder girdle and chest muscles' stretching exercise,我们要做到的就是首先双手要将dumbbells缓慢地抬起,注意在抬起过程中感受力量变化,当arm is fully extended at the top of the movement, lower arms back down to the starting position. The entire upper body from a lateral view forms a "W" shape, so repeat this exercise several times for a full set.

四、器械夹胸

一般来说after exercising over muscles, people usually like doing fly exercises. However today I would like to introduce another similar yet more challenging exercise that does not require any equipment: machine press. The principle behind it is using pec deck machine for workout purposes. During each repetition, one expands and contracts one's chest muscles in an alternating manner while keeping arm straight throughout the entire range of motion.

By following these four workouts regularly and consistently practicing them with dedication and patience you will see improvements in your overall fitness level especially in your chest area which should result in improved posture as well as increased self-confidence.
