一、俯卧撑
经典的训练动作俯卧撑,还附带训练肱二头肌。毕竟要是能在拥有强壮胸肌的同时,还能额外拥有个强悍的手臂肌肉,我想相信这是大多数人都乐意看到的,况且这个动作虽然比较常见,但是此动作安全性却是很高的,所以完全可以作为胸肌锻炼运动。
二、哑铃卧推

When performing dumbbell bench press, the body is still lying on a flat bench, with each hand holding an equal weight of dumbbells. Breathing steadily, keeping the body fixed, using triceps and deltoids to push up the dumbbells. Dumbbell bench press can effectively stretch out chest muscles and feel more obvious force.
相比于 barbells, dumbbell exercises are more free-flowing and can fully lower down to below the body when lowering down for a fuller stretch.
三、哑铃飞鸟
This is a comprehensive exercise that stretches muscles all over my body. I need to do is first lift up slowly with both hands while feeling changes in strength during lifting process. Lowering down while extending both arms fully so that upper half of my body appears "W" shape from behind when viewed laterally. Repeating this training will make chest muscle stretching more evident.
四、器械夹胸
Generally speaking, those who have trained their muscles tend to like doing fly movements but today I'm going to introduce another movement not inferior to dumbbell flys - it's called equipment squeeze breasts which uses pec deck machine for exercise where continuous expansion-stretching movements don't only develop our pectoralis major but also gradually expand our thorax space as well.
